Submission and lobbying

Fill in the simple form to submit your company for consideration.

March 28 – April 4

Shortlisting

A core judging team of media and independent professionals will create a shortlist from the submitted games, to be voted on by a group of industry experts.

April 5 – April 11

Voting

The shortlist will be voted on by a judging panel comprising of a selection of respected industry representatives.

May 8, 2025

Awards Ceremony

The winners will be revealed during an exclusive event held as part of the Dubai GameExpo Summit.
